We happily exchange full priced items for an incorrect size but not for 'change of mind'. If the alternative size is not available and there is nothing else you like at the time, you will receive a credit to be used within the next 12 months. Any return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund unless an item has been incorrectly described in the listing. There are no exchanges or refunds on sale goods.
Every effort is made to represent stock as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. We refer to vintage fabric as absolutely genuine in ‘as new’ condition. We do no not consider reproduction prints as vintage.
Pre loved fabrics may have certain qualities like consistent slight fading that is considered part of their character. It is always mentioned in the description and we do not use any materials with obvious marks.
Hand screenprinted items are not perfect and slight variations in tone or density are part of the nature of this process. It creates variation and uniqueness between items and is not considered a fault.
We use standard Australia Post registered satchels with tracking. Most are sent within 2-3 working days and we will notify you if this has been delayed for any reason.
All international parcels are registered with tracking. Standard fees apply but as this can vary I will refund if grossly overcharged. Orders usually take between 3-10 days to arrive depending on where you are in the world, but please feel free to check on this first.
